Terms of Service

Quotely is an AI sales assistance platform on Facebook Messenger and Zalo OA for stores and businesses in Vietnam, provided by VIGENTIX COMPANY LIMITED. By using the service, you agree to the terms below.

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the service for business purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Each account belongs to a single business (tenant).
• You may not share your account or grant access to third parties without authorization.

• Quotely You may only use the service for lawful business purposes.
• You may not use the service to send spam, fraudulent content, or content that violates Facebook (Meta) or Zalo policies.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of the platforms you connect.
• Quotely reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

By connecting your Facebook Page or Zalo OA, you authorize Quotely:

• To receive and process messages from your customers.
• To send automated replies on behalf of your page.
• To access page information (name, ID) to configure the service.

You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

• Plans have service terms, usage allowances and entitlements according to the version confirmed at purchase. For AI-assisted contact plans, message count is not the same as billable contact count. Review pricing and conditions before payment.
• No free-forever plan is offered. Trial has a time limit and usage allowance and is available once per eligible business after verification and setup. A paid plan is required to continue AI service after the trial.
• Add-ons have separate eligibility conditions and expiry dates; they do not extend the base plan’s service term. Prices, taxes and totals are shown before payment. Zalo’s separate OA fees are not included in Quotely prices.
• Payments are processed through the PayOS payment gateway (bank transfer / QR code). VAT invoices are issued based on the information you provide.
• Upgrading or downgrading your plan is done in the Billing section.
• Unless otherwise stated, fees paid are non-refundable for remaining usage time after you cancel a plan.
• Quotely reserves the right to change service pricing with 30 days' notice.

• The Quotely platform, software, brand and content are owned by VIGENTIX COMPANY LIMITED.
• Data and content you enter into the system remain yours; you grant us the right to process that data to provide the service.

• Quotely provides the service "as-is" and does not guarantee the AI will reply with 100% accuracy.
• You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring automated reply content.
• Quotely is not liable for damages arising from AI-generated content.

You agree to be responsible for and indemnify VIGENTIX COMPANY LIMITED against claims, damages or costs arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms or infringement of third-party rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. Quotely reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms after notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Vietnam.

We may update these terms from time to time. When there are significant changes, we will notify you via the service or email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
