Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of the personal data processed through Quotely at any time. Below is the data we store, how to request its deletion, and how long it takes.

1. Overview

This page explains how you — or the end users who interact with your page/channel — can request deletion of the personal data Quotely has collected and stored. We handle every valid request in line with applicable personal-data protection laws.

2. Data we store

Depending on how you use the service, we may store:

  • Message content and images exchanged between customers and your page (processed by AI for automated replies and product recognition).
  • Identifiers from the messaging platform: user ID (PSID), display name, and the ID and name of the page/Official Account.
  • Account and billing information for the business owner.

3. How to request deletion

A business owner with a verified email can request business account deletion in Security, using their password and an email confirmation code. Service is suspended upon confirmation; the owner has 30 days to cancel the request. After that window, the system processes operational data erasure. Required billing records are retained separately with restricted access.

For a personal-data erasure request through support:

  • Write an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  • Send it to contact@quotely.vn from your registered email address (if you are the business owner), including the page/Official Account name and the relevant time range so we can identify the correct data.
  • We will verify the request and reply to confirm before proceeding with deletion.

4. What gets deleted

  • Message content, images, and the related conversation history.
  • End-user identifiers collected from the messaging platform.
  • Other related personal data, except records we are legally required to retain (e.g. invoicing documents).

5. Turnaround time

Personal-data requests sent by email are processed within 30 days of verification, with an email confirming the outcome. Business account deletion has the separate cancellation window described above. Backups expire according to their retention cycle; required billing records are excluded from operational data erasure.
